Sydney Ventures! (Day 10 & Day 11)

In continuation, of the hot-air balloon day we were flying to Sydney the very same day as well.
We took a domestic flight with Jetstar to Sydney in the night after on the day of our hot-air balloon activity. The flight to Sydney from Gold Coast was about an hour or so. Having to say goodbye to Gold Coast after she had provided us with 9 days of unending fun was hard for us to part with, on top of that it also meant that our Aussie adventures were about to come to an end as we will be spending only three days in Sydney.

Upon our arrival in Sydney at around 2020Hrs, we were picked up by our driver to our Air BnB apartment. We were staying in Krribil which is located at the north part of Sydney ( I was told, apologies if I am mistaken). I was very pleased with our Air BnB apartment and location. The place was very cozy and clean, moreover, the area we stayed was very quiet and relaxed. We have a clear view of the Sydney Opera House from our apartment and it was of travelling distance to the nearest MRT station. Not to mention, my friend from high school who happen to be in Sydney as well whilst visiting her boyfriend came to visit me and told me that we were staying just two houses away from the Australian Prime-minster.

The first day of our Syndey adventures we have a leisure walk from our apartment and walked across the Harbour Bridge to where the Opera House was.

When we arrived at the Opera House I was really looking forward to it as I was very excited to finally be able to see the Opera House in person. However, when I was at the Opera House itself I was not that thrilled as it was kinda average looking in my opinion at least. As I was seriously expecting more of the Opera House in terms of it architectural design ( not saying that the architectural design was not already great.

I practically spent the entire day at the Opera House with my travel buddy. To spice up our day at the Opera House we witness a true madness of Pokemon Go! You may not know but for Singapore, the Pokemon Go is still not available yet and I still have not gotten the chance to be part of the Pokemon Go Craze. However, when I was at the Opera House the place was literally crawling with people who were playing Pokemon Go, there was literally about a hundred or so people just sitting around the Opera House playing Pokemon Go! Every inch of the Opera House there were people on their phones    not texting but playing Pokemon Go!
